I wandered lonely as a cloud

I wish I'd had a shower

If I had then I would not

be on my own for hour after hour

I would have friends to walk with me

Among the plants that sway

But all I have is me alone

and the smell of mild decay

Perhaps a lover I could find

a woman tall and free

but what if I chose wrongly

and she smelled worse than me.

Perhaps I'll just continue on

through fields of flowers all asway

for I may stink but don't you think

I'm better off that way
