As a lot of you folk deal with spirits, I wondered what actually gives you the willies.

The few times I have seen/felt spirits I have absolutely papped myself (not literally of course but you know what I mean).

So, what, if anything, gives you the willies?

All of it. No seriously everything we talk about on here gives me the heeby-jeebys.
I think that's part of the attraction though.

When I go round people's houses to clear stuff I have to put on this front of "stand back, I know what I'm doing" because if they think I'm afraid they will lose all confidence in me but in all honesty if something were to leap out in front of me I'd probably drop dead on the spot.

It's fun though innit?

umm what scares me ?? the feeling that I am begin followed .. comes form a stalking thing back when I was 18-19.. still hate that feeling

oh and dont' really like horror films .. can't watch them alone cause then I'm too scared to sleep

The only things that give me the willies is elementals that try & interrupt seances. That can be scary !

nothing scares me ,i do wonder why ,i use to get scared ,when to do with anything paranormal,i use to go to canewdin church ,which is a minute from where i live and video and photograph there every other night for about 3 months,i would see the spirits there and just sit and watch them,the spirits at my place as well,i was happy to be around them

I am nervous until I have something to do and then another ME takes over and I am to busy riding the currents to be scared. If you are afraid then you are in serious trouble.

I have been knocked over and pushed by spirit bullies and it bothers me not the slightest as dealing with these things is simply your will against theirs and I have a pretty strong will when needed.

The thing that really frightens me on the way home after a night out dealing with ghosts and ghouls is that actually I might just be stark raving mad.

I don't get frightened by paranormal stuff its fairly normal for me ....

I did however get very freaked out bu one experience that occurred to my son.. he awoke with writing on him with no explanation .. and he was really scared by it .. it is something that still puzzles me/us

Whether you gat scared or not I don't think is either here or there. As the saying goes, the secret of bravery is being the only one who knows you're scared to death.

that is true I do think that fear is something that gives the spirit energy so overcoming your fear is a good thing to work on.. anticipation is of course another thing...
