I think that dreams are natures way of 'homework'We often go astral travelling in our dreams,also get premonitions.
I have had two vivid premonitions in my dreams,had loads of other insignificant ones but these two stand out!
I used to work in a factory and we would go to work in a coach provided by the boss. there were 11 of us that caught the coach at my town.
On the night of my dream,the girls had gone on a 'beano'. I didn't go as my then possessive husband wouldn't let me...
I went to bed about 12.30.
I dreamt? saw? some women boarding a coach,brown and cream in colour,they were shouting and having a good time. I vividly saw the coach stop outside a pub,the road was deserted; then there was smoke coming from the back which turned into fire.I 'saw' the women scramble out of the coach,and woke up.
In the morning,as I approached the place where we all met for work,the
girls were chatting about the previous might's beano. Before I had a

chance to tell them of my dream,I found out that the coach they went to

the beano in,a brown and cream one! stopped by a deserted road as it
was on fire.There was a pub nearby where they used the phone to
summon help,at 1am
Its just as well I didn't get my story in first,as they thought I was weird anyway,and this 'dream' would have made me look even weirder!.
The second premonition I had was in a dream again. Before I tell you,I must mention that I don't buy or read newspapers,or rarely watch the news on tv. In this dream,I was walking down to the front row in a darkened cinema,and as I got to the front row,there sitting on the side seat ,was Boy George. I can't remember the date,but it was in the 80's.
As I came towards him,he said my name and confessed to me that he was in terrible trouble.I can clearly remember him with his head in his hands,saying he didn't know what would happen to him.
The dream faded,and the next morning,I had the radio on,when the news was being read. The newsreader said that that morning,Boy George had been arrested for a drugs offence.
I still to this day,have no idea why I 'visited' him in my dream,and the fact that he apparently knew me?

most of my dreams are way too wierd!!! you'd have me locked up in no time ! Big Grin

could write a sci-fi series with what i've been dreaming lately!!
have had many premonition type dreams though... remember having them since a small child (even though these were brushed over as coincidental at the time)
the most useful of this type though was dreaming the exact questions that were set in my exams at school and later when i took my nursing exams!!

lucid dreams is the other type i have alot! (guess i just can't switch off!!)

ok.... so i've already admitted to having the weirdest of dreams ..... but last nights beats them all!!!
i dreamt that i woke up one morning with a hairy chest!!...... omg... it was sooo real i was completely distraught....
when i really woke up this am... i had to check!!!!!

I am afraid we need photographic evidence showing a bald chest otherwise we have no proof.

So what prompted the dream. What is it telling you.

not to take clippers to my dog and over do the hair cut!!! ...... i've had to rename my dog to Gary...... short for Garybaldy!!!!
