I can't name it precisley as she's moved out and I've no idea who's there now.
It's in Brentwood along Ingrave road. At the back there is an oak tree which is a part of a sacred and listed grove.

Incidents;-
My cousin walked in to the bathroom and was told to get out.
the grandfather clock shifted, fell... stopped in mid descent, then crashed.
There was always the feeling of someone in your shadow.
Time seemed to stop, many times.
Strange smells would appear, nothing evil but something old.
You could hear humming and footsteps quite opften at night.
There'd be cold spots, centralized, not in a room, but in a corner or moving etc.
The front bedroom was extremely hostile. Something about it still makes me repelled.

... I've been to all sorts of haunted places and evil areas created by malificent works. I can casually step in these places without fear.
Aunt's place was different because it was like a thin veil between this time and another, I was always afraid i'd slip into something else.

my mum told me about the OAk tree recently... and then it made sense, up until that time I had no idea as the end of the garden was fenced off and we weren't aloud to go there, I assumed my uncle was growing cannabis or something.

Sounds like my house I have had people visit (and it is generally men) and they are terrorifed as they feel hands on their throat and wind gushes up in their face footsteps following them ... I have settled the/my house maybe your aunts house could be settled also?
