Mark,Anne and and I were a little late arriving for our six PM appointment with this all male Northampton family and I must admit that on the long journey up I was concerned in case it was a waste of time. It was anything but!
We eventually found the house and it turned out to be quite an old and very small semi detached cottage that had once been the domicile of farmworkers but now belonged to a divorced gentleman who lived there with his three sons. The youngest, a nine year old split his time between his mother and fathers home.
In addition to these family members there was an uncle and a friend of the elder brothers so all in all things were just a little cramped and I must admit that perhaps this would turn into a bit of a circus.
The youngest son was stying with his mother so we had little time with him before he had to make the journey back to her home but Anne wasted no time in investigating the little chaps Aura. Once the boy was out of earshot Anne asked his father if the lad suffered with ADHD and after he recovered from his surprise he acknowledged that she was spot on and the lad was undergoing examinations at the present time. We paid attention to this lad because it was him that the father was most concerned about. He would fall down at times and the have what seemed to be fits, so this was very worrying indeed. The doctors had said that they could find nothing wrong with the lad but they would continue with their investigations. We asked the householders to tell us nothing of the history of the house or any of the events that had taken place.
After explaining what we were going to do we chatted with these folks for a while and soon discovered that they were an intelligent family and were not given to flights of fancy, but let's face it we do go in on the angle that they might just be making mountains out of mole hills.
We investigated the house under the gaze of the entourage who seemed very keen to see how we worked. Shame they weren't all psychic because the could only see the physical side of things. We identified various trouble spots inside and outside of the house and soon found that we were on the right track as the family confirmed our findings at every stage.
There was a particularly bad place at the top of the stairs and it turned out that both the eldest and the youngest son had passed out for no apparent reason on that very spot. The fathers bedroom was the most active room in the house and it turned out that his youngest son slept in that room whilst staying there and it was in there that he was having real problems passing out and speaking in what hi father described as a very strange way and not recognisable as his son. It also turned out that there had been various lights seen in the house and also clearly audible children's voices when of course there were no children.
Outside of the property we used dousing rods and all of the family were convinced that we were in search of water but in fact we were searching for energy lines and sure enough the one we found ran through the most active places in the house.
Inside there were a couple of spirits but we decided that they were really not to be interfered with as they were not causing any problems.
We did a ritual cleansing of the inside and outside of the house which Mark led and all went very well.
Dare I mention Elementals again. Is it the new fashion but this house was also plagued by these rascally fellows and we had persuade them that they would be much happier outside.
Mark gave impromptu readings to various members of the family and I think by the way that there jaws kept bouncing of of the floor with each new revelation that they were gob smacked by the accuracy of these reading.
It only remained to teach the father who was obviously psychic how to deal with and balance this situation so that there would be no recurrence. I explained to him what he had to do and also included him in a final cleansing of the upstairs bedroom and he was a natural.
Anne as usual was quite amazing with her input but then after all these years I know that she always is, but it helps me to do what I have to do an awful lot.
There was a lot more to this case and once again more learning on my part about how these things work but I won't bore you with my theories right now.
Let's just say that I would have travelled twice the distance to help these troubled people for one main reason.
They were only to willing to learn to help themselves and I know that the job was not wasted.

good job I'd say... I have read what you have written and please correct me if i am mistaken .. you think that the children will be okay because the father has learned to take control or /balance his energies ...... I found that assisted my kids greatly so it makes sense to me..

Getting people to understand is all a part of the work as far as I am concerned.
what a interesting evening it was a beautiful night the moon shining down on us in the garden ,and in good company with a cup of tea and some strange going ons....this was a nice family and the owner was having problems with his son ,some of which was caused by the tension surrounding family's personal issues ,which i feel attract phenomena at times ,it was immediately easy to see that this was a loving father who is very protective of his sons and was dealing with the situation and stress as best as he could ,now things are going to be easier for him as he is able to come to terms with whats around him and has a understanding of what was there and how to deal with the situation .there were quite a few spirit there and i feel he now is stronger to deal with whats happening ,most people just need reassurance and someone to validate what is happening and why ,of course his sons problem needs addressing by a doctor and we did what we could to assist .... _________________ my website is www.hauntedessex.com
As both Mark and Dave say, the journey was well worth while. The Father, Sons and Uncle and Friend were so interested in all we had to say and advise. They wanted to follow us into every room and cupboard. I think maybe the highlight of the evening, for me, apart from the company, were the blue/white lights coming across the field which was at the back of their house. These lights were coming across the field in droves and seemed to bounce like tennis balls. We had all agreed this was the path of the so called "energy line". I really do hope the family find peace.

i was going to put it onto you tube but one has to be technically minded and have spare time to do this ,as a video or pictures need to be put on at the same time to listen to th evp
