A little update for you.
Myself and Mel were sitting in the lounge (the original part of the gatehouse) on the settee watching tv last night.
I suddenly got an icy cold breeze blow against the lefthand side of my face. I thought it a little odd at the time but continued to watch the tv.
Then it happened again about half an hour later. It actually made me jump. I looked at Mel who was at the other end of the settee. She asked what was the matter and I told her what had happened. She then revealled that it had been happening to her as well and she had felt it in the past.
Now I know you get drafts in houses and even with the windows closed I have sometimes seen the curtains move a little but this was much more fierce and really icy cold. I checked all the windows and searched for any other source but found nothing.
Now I do possess an Anemometer as part of my kit. This measures air flow/current but I didn't see the point in using it as it would only confirm what my own senses had felt. If only measure the difference.
I've witnessed many times Orb's (dust particles) swirl and float around in air currents through infrared in rooms that no draft can be felt in, so i'm aware they do exist but how can an icy cold air current survive in a warm room? Surely it would heat up and merge with the room temperature pretty quickly? Also there was no wind outside last night. I checked and there wasn't even a breeze.
We went to bed slightly puzzled and were kep't awake most of the night by various noises throughout the house and not the usual sounds of the house cooling down. Unfortunately we didn't wake up at 3.33am this time but something very strange seemed to be going on.

Yes, we do live near a train track but trains pass by all through the night and now we don't notice them.
In Will Storrs book there is a reference made to this time as being the most likely time for paranormal activity, or between 3-4am.
Anyone heard of this before?
This happens to me quite regularly.I don't drink btw!
It has also happened to my son,especially while he was reading the book,The Amityville Story.

I don't know if you saw the post but in one of the threads there is a paranormal video promoting a film
In one scene the guy wakws up in the night and I think it was someting to do with alien abduction
Anyway they showed his alarm clock to make a point that the time was 3.33.
I did comment in the thread at the time but I think you may have missed it..I am wondering if they used 3.33 in the film because it has some significance that we do not know about _________________ Please visit our main site
Is it possible that one the first occasion that you woke up at 3.33 the time, because it was out of the ordinary. somehow stuck in your mind and it triggered of your own built in alarm system.
When I set my alarm at home I always wake up ten minutes before it goes off.
This is only a maybe but it does happen.
