Ok, 'Cottage Queen' is the term given to gay men who indulge in 'Cottaging'.
Cottaging is the act of seeking casual sex with strangers in public places - usually public lavatories.
'A Cottage' is from the slang known as 'Polari' which is the gay slang. Cottage meaning toilet.

Well spotted Sam.

'Naff' in polari means something that's crap, rubbish, horrible - "oooh that's so naff!"

I believe it slipped into polite speak to replace 'fuck', so 'naff off' would be a nice way of saying 'fuck off'.
