The following happened Feb 16...was I dreaming? Hallucinating? I was in a lot of pain, but here is one story.
Today I had my horrible cramps which I for whatever odd reason seem to get twice a year at the same time every year, I went to bed for a nap and when I woke up I had them, but in the dark I looked to one side of me against the light colored walls I believe I saw SEVERAL shadow people 2 of them were close to the bed on either side of me with their...hands? on my stomach and chest then a 3rd wiggled it's fugliness up to my face then the pain became so paralyzing I really felt as though I couldn't move I couldn't even make a sound..Then I saw light colored individuals keeping the rest of them at bay.
I was attempting to call someone into the room but I couldn't. I tried using telepathy to tell my Spirit Guides to bring in an entity of light to help and I think I heard a "Yes." but within a few minutes I saw a light moving around the room and a couple of the shadows disappeared as it moved towards them...then 2 of my friends burst in the room and flipped on the light and when the light turned on I was looking towards the ceiling and saw a white feather and it fell on my belly, and then my friends said said, "Hey, we were just coming to check on you we felt like we...Oh my gosh it's so cold in here I can see your breath." and when I exhaled I could actually see my breath...BUT the heater was on the whole time there were no open windows. The pain immediately began to subside after that but I still feel SO drained.

I've had a holy crud moment SP.... when I read your post all I can think of is you are very psychically switched on and need to up your protection honey

well you just described something that my eldest daughter has been experiencing for a number of years now... hmmm unfortunately they cause her pain too BUT they also have been reaching inside her stomach and taking out her organs... it always wakes me her screaming and sobbing ... she has been adamant she is awake and I keep saying she is dreaming (though ( have always know n there is something to it) .. and the love keeps telling me she is white lighting them and they don't go away.... but every time I awaken they disappear...

No, I haven't actually, but my mother and her mother and her mother had them, but there was never anything 'wrong'. I'm the first male in the family to have them (I wonder if it's something inherited) to have them it seems.
now i am going to ask something very stupid ... what is a shadow person exactly .. where do they come from .. I feel they are the darker sides of us.. or persons we know .. but I honestly don't' have a real clue _________________ as a babe drinks from its mothers breast so too does man milk mother earth

Well, you see, that's just it. No one really knows what they are or where they are from. In my studies I developed a hypothesis that they do have 'shelter' so to speak on a different plane of existence...possibly somewhere on the lower astral....and have noticed their activity being more prominent around a full moon.
its just so happens the last time this occurred with Bronyhr (my 13 year old) it was a full moon and I remember because I had done a ceremony sow as tire cause I had gone to bed later then usual as I can't sleep with full moon often ...
I have seen what I termed shadow people around others (clients) .. dark figures that look like they are black shadow.... the ones I have seen were all during mediumship events and were brought through as suicide victims... ... though I feel these are different to what you are talking about SP _________________ as a babe drinks from its mothers breast so too does man milk mother earth

Oh that's where I was talking about the stomach pains. My mother often hears my great-grandmother, so do I. She often gives warnings when something is about to happen...this is something I cannot elaborate on as I don't know WTH is going on, haha.
I've just got a splitting headache come on and I never get headaches, never!

It's a New Moon tonight. New and Full Moons tend to effect me in strange ways - maybe that explains the headache.
I don't think the lower relams are necessarily a bad place. Many people equate them with the christian version of hell.
I disagree with that. I see them more as places people go after death who just aren't that advanced yet to progress to the higher relams.

No, I don't think they are necessarily bad place...but they can be dangerous, then again so can any plane of existence. I've not seen a section for it, so I'll just ask it here, anyone ever astral travel?
