visions or whatever they wereI did this for the first time in my life and what happened was quite weird...
It has to do with my christals as well.
I bought some white quartz christals among with others and for some nights I slept with them in my hands- of course I woke up with pain in my arms for sleeping on stones  but that's another story.
Two nights ago I took a white quartz and a hematite in my hands, layed in bed and relaxed gradually with my eyes closed and images began to form in front of my closed eyes. I saw something like and old English country church made of grey stone, then a huge something that looked like a shell with a pearl, just that the pearl was huge, dark and perfectly round, then I saw a brown haired baby in a crib sleeping peacefully. The images were changing like someone was turning the pages of a book or it was like looking into water and as the water moved new ones appeared, cannot explain very well.
Then I found it all too weird and opened my eyes.
I guess I am going raving mad, but was fun so I might try it again.

Once is never enough.
You have to learn the language of meditation as often as not before you can make sense of it.
Meditation will show you more than any occult practice ever could.

Most people can't even learn the lessons of the past.
