This morningI have been trying to get back into meditation recently as some people have been asking if I can help them to develop certain abilities and I won't be much help to them if I don't do the work on myself.
Any way, I woke up this morning at around 6pm and after a few minutes I was aware of a buzzing energy building up around me.
Perhaps because I am used to this feeling I have ignored it for a very long while, much to my shame.
This time I let the energy build and slipped into the most beautiful ecstatic state.
It was so strong that the ecstasy was on the verge of pain. I am sure I don't need to elaborate. I have experienced this on numerous occastions before, but only whilst meditating.
The state lasted for around fifteen minutes and as I had to get up I dragged myself out of it with great reluctance.
I realise that I have ignored things about me for too long now.
In future I shall pay more attention.

That is interesting evergreen.
I have felt enrgies of different sorts overtime and they are not all the same.
What would you say the energy is that I felt and that you feel when you read for people?

in truth like all things I can't be 100% sure but to me it feels as though I am connecting to a higher vibration my higher self whatever people want to call it.. it begin with a surge of energy around me like a buzzing sensation then thing begin to flow in my visual and audio fields and I get lots of information.. it is much the same for me when I mediate
what is it like for you David?

I guess it depends on what I am doing but pretty much as you describe it.
I think that perhaps I shall be paying more attention to this feeling of energy as I have ignored it for too long.
I will also experiment with changing it's frequency at will.
Perhaps you would like to try it too Evergreen and we can exchange ideas.
Sounds barmey really so it should work just fine.
