The future

I am always puzzled by the belief that some people can see into the future.

I have had this happen to me both in readings given by me and to me.

Thing is, surely the future does not exist does it.

So how does that work, or is it all just coincidence.

Have you had any experience of this?
Raymond

Of course the future exists, we're all heading somewhere aren't we?

Any fortune teller, soothsayer or the like who says they can acurately predict the future is talking out the back of thier necks.

All they can tell you is what is MOST LIKELY going to happen if current situations are allowed to develop.

A good fortune teller will tell you this and also advise you what you need to do now to bring about change in the future.

Alas, there are so few good tellers around anymore.

i may have said this before.... but..... i have had dreams that have told me something that is going to happen in MY future...this has happened to me so many times. .. now i know you are going to say that this is coincidental ...or that i perhaps already had the information  and processed it in my sleep...  or remembered the dream differently when something happened...... but when you dream something very specific... fine details .... ( exam questions... the exact paper..diagrams an all!)... and share the information with a friend before the event.l...
 how could this be explained??
Raymond

No it's not coincidental, I don't believe in coincidences.

It was like I was explaining before. A certain set of events lead you to the here and now.
The events of the past shaped the events of now, so it stands to reason that the events of now will shape the events of the future.

When you visit a tarot card reader or a medium or such like, their finely tuned intuition will tell them of the events of the past, the events of now and what will most probably be the events of the future.

But nothing is set in stone. The events of the future can be changed in a moment with a little application of free will.

Fortunately most people are too busy worrying about Posh Spice or eating chips to actually do anything to change their own futures and are ignorantly happy just to let life happen to them.

I say 'fortunately' because it's lazy people like that who keep us soothsayers in business.

I'm clairvoyant.

I enjoy the information most when I am told ways to help people through the situation or how to avoid it- I think they are often warnings - I don't really question my work I have had too many people come back to affirm the "fortune telling"  to question why or how, for me it just is....

for example

just this week a young woman came to me i had read for about 3 years ago she was excited as she was getting married soon she said I had described him to the letter including the fact he didn't' like cheese and wouldn't' eat the potatoes she made nightly     apparently during the reading she had been seeing someone else and thought I was wrong - apparently she was also told to stop smoking and drinking coke because there would be major health issues- well she just has been diagnosed as diabetic and has developed asthma- she said she thought I was a crock at the time and she wishes she had paid more attention

can we see the future? I think so  No idea why but yes some can

For there to be no such thing as the future, there can likewise be no such thing as the past.

Our personal past is marked by milestones, events, which anchor it into our reality, but as our perception of those events can change, therefore our reality of those events change. To me, that shows that the past is not real, we just think it is. Look beyond what we think we know, and plenty more options opne up.

Looking at the future, I agree with Raymond, we have a likely future based on the path we are travelling NOW, but one step in a different direction will alter our likely future.

We all have a start point (birth) and an end point (death) and how we travel between those points is entirely up to us.
Potentially, we can change the end point, which then gives us a whole load more paths to travel.

Over and above that, there is the path we are travelling as a part of mankind. That path can also be changed (look at any great thinker, or madman), and with taht path changed, our choices as to our own individual paths may change.

To my mind, when a future is predicted, we have a choice. We can say "yes" I will take that path, or "no" I will not. But in doing so, action and decision is needed to step in a different direction.

Having said that, where we are NOW is dependant on how we look at it. A change of mindset can change our reality, and therefore the path we are on. EG am I out of work, close to financial ruin, beset by worries.......or......am I in a perfect place to change my direction, do something new, with fewer encumbrances, and an infinity of possibility ahead of me. (Fret not, am through this one now, and all is positive)

Its all in the mind.

Well, it makes sense to me
