The Coso artifact.

In1961 a man called Wallace lane found an artifact that was machined and looked like a spark plug. The problem was that he found it inside a rock that was formed 500.000 years ago.

What do we make of that?

Hows about we make an engine for it ! :D

Any pictures of said find?

Why did I know someone would say that

There are pictures but only in my magazine.

Thing is that quite a few artifacts have been found over the years that in theory were hundreds of thousands of years before thier time

Try as I might I cannot seem to steal picture anywhere.

I think our time scale is def out, look at the human footprints on a riverbed next to dinosaurs, but a 500,000 yr old sparkplug cool
There can be only 2 explanations, civilization was much more advanced than we thought and soo much earlier or thier was a litter bug timetraveler
Historians though really dont like anything at all that puts there presious time scale out and therefor their reputations, I wonder if we will ever know what came before

I wonder if it came from the UFO in roswells hangar 18......no wonder it crashed if it lost a spark plug

Quote:
The Coso Artifact was indeed a remarkable device. It was a 1920s-era Champion spark plug that likely powered a Ford Model T or Model A engine, modified to possibly serve mining operations in the Coso mountain range of California. To suggest that it was a device belonging to an advanced ancient civilization of the past could be interpreted as true, but is an exaggeration of several thousand years.

I wonder if Oxfords professors make of this sort of thing.

Career ruining maybe?

I personally think a lot of stuff is put out to confuse the general public. If time after time, things are proven to be hoaxes, maybe people will look away from the truth.

I think it works to a large degree, quite often people who 'believe' in certain aspects of reality can quite often be regarded as 'fruitloops'. In my opinion, if you close your mind off to everything, you are just as much of a fruitloop as people you condemn.

The most stunning thing to me is the revelation that people collect spark plugs. Not only do they collect them but they have a spark plug collectors club. I think photos of them should go into the cryptozoology section.

Jeez. How do I join?

My brother was once invited to a club for people suffering from depression, He did not have depression himself but assured me that after attending one of their meeting's he felt like joining.

Spark plug collectors Jeez.
