I can give you a meditation to still the mind if you wish. Done correctly the results can be far more than just stilling the mind though. I can only work out what to give you if you give me a reasonably detailed account of your meds.
Not conclusions or thoughts but feelings and images emotions. This is not a thing of the thinking mind. That way I will know where you are on your path. That last statement may sound over confident but trust me on this.
In person (which sadly will never happen) I could open you up in no time at all But this way is a little slower.
I have never mentioned on any forum before but so you know where I am coming from I work mostly in a shamanistic sort of way. Whatever that is :)

Thanks David...thats very much appreciated. I'll see how I go with the med you sent me then.. I'll start it tonight. Any particular amount of time to spend on it and how often?

It has no time limit. It depends on how you progress with this one. I will only know that if you give an accurate detailed description to me. PM of course> Then I will be able to tell what you are at and were you need to go next.
OH you could work with this one and the paths off of it for years
