strange lights

When I was about 12 I was camping with some girlfriends on a very large property....

during the night it got very foggy and I remember walking outside the tent in the fog.. there was no light but the whole place was lit up and misty from the fog the strange thing was that I was honestly actually floating..  (no moon that night either)        it was the strangest feeling I felt as though I was out of my body I didn't' feel normal at all.. my friends were with me and we were sort of prancing through the fog...  I remember just laughing and laughing

in the morning I was talking to them about it about how strange it was and what did they think the light was.. well none of them remembered it they all said it never happened.. and I was left feeling a bit stunned ..

what do you think was happening?

I have been with people who have had the same kind of experience.

Some call it out of body. I like to think of it as becoming at one.

I am interested in the light. Can you describe it in a bit more detail please.

Strange that your friends had no memory of the events of the night before.

you have?? really now put my mind at rest and tell me they weren't mad or on drugs... lol

the light was like in some horror movie where the fog is lit up... like when they have a graveyard scene...

I wondered if I dreamed it ??? If I did it was as real as my skin to me

Anne won't talk about it but she had an experience down in wiltshire that involved light.

It was in ufo country.

You know about my interest in light and paranormal experience.

It seems to be an integral part of it.

alright I revisted this thing last night ... I had totally forgotten that time appeared to slow down I remember seeing my hands movements as though in sequence.. you know with them fadeing from one place to another.... I know I felt like I was floating for what appeared to be hours but may only have been moments ...

Did time slow down or was there loss of time.

Time slowing down has happened to me on two occasions. Both dangerous ones.

Lost time is linked quite often to ufo and paranormal events.

I can't be sure of the answer David... it felt like it was for ages but because no one else remembered it at all.. I can't be sure... remember I had been in bed and come out of the tent with the lights... and I also felt different to how I did normally I would now describe the feeling as though I was drunk of drugged.. (and I wasn't as I was only 12 and don't' partake )... I really am still not sure I am going to try to revisit again and look to see where the light source is coming from

what is your experience with time slowing down...
david hobbs

what is your experience with time slowing down...

The first was when I worked a Butlins Holiday Camp at Clacton in Essex.

We had a staff coach that ran us back to the camp from the staff club. The club was about a mile from the camp. One evening coming back from the club we were involved in an accident with a car. The car had four passengers and it hit the front of our coach and lifted off the ground and flew through the air.
Everything turned into slow motion. I saw two of the passengers in the car come through the windscreen as if the action had been slowed down. I could see every detail as bits slowly flew of the car and the other passengers were being thrown around inside the car. Once the incident finished everything went back to normal speed.

The other time was coming home from a night out with friends. I was attacked by three rather nasty older guys. I was aged about twenty. Again everything was in slow motion but I seemed to be able to move at a normal speed. Miraculously I was uninjured and they were left on the pavement bleeding from various places.

I think that it must be some kind of chemical process that is linked to survival.

Whatever it was it was very strange indeed.

oh okay interesting that appears to be like a perception thing to me.. I have had that when things are in my face like an accident of sorts... I have wondered if it is heightened awarness of my senses???  hmm not sure

I don't think it is paranormal but none the less a very odd experience.

Bravo should know about these things, he is into the martial arts.

ok David i revisited this and the lights appear from above...  its strange as they are so bright I can't see anything past the lights...

I also recall before going to sleep we were playing around with energy and trying to move things with our minds.. I wasn't paying much attention but I was actually preoccupied with the idea I could read minds and felt I was hearing the others think ... ..   something I had done for as long as I can remember
david hobbs

So the next meditation is to go into the light and become the light.
evergreen

ok.. done that kind of thing with my dream work so why not with this....
