So trekkies are spelling Star Trek with a C now? man i need to stop watching TNG and getting out the Enterprize DVD's, even so, cool idea, but nahhhhh don't belive it, we can only just barely watch plasma tele's and are yet to invent the automatic toaster that spreads the butter, while toasting, when we do that, teleportation will be possible

Teleportation to Mars?
Well I hope it wasn't invented by the same person who invented automatic telephone operators, who knows where they'd end up.

Up to now teleportation is considered impossible.
Thing of the billions of cells in the human body. If just one cell is transported out of synch then it is instant death or cancer.
No mapping technology available at the present time can map every cell in the human body.
So teleportation is a nice idea, but impossible to realise.
