St Lukes-Tiptree

Right this isn't so much as a story about ghosts and ghoolies but it does intrigue me.

Now way backon April 7th, i was up in Tiptree visiting family and the current "Waffs other half" now, we walked past this church, which untill yesterday i didn't know the name of, which i now know to be, Saint Lukes, back on the day we where casualy walking past, and i was hit by a brick wall so to speak, not sure as i was on an open path way and didn't walk into the church wall Big Grin so yeah, i walked by and bang, i couldn't move, right in front of the church, just like that, stopped walking, of course the other half was slightly worried that i couldn't move a muscle and my head was like looking at the grounds at an odd angle. The Sensation vanashied almost as quickly as it happened, i don't recall hearing any voices or anything, but then for the past week for some unknown reason i've been dreaming about this place, no idea why, the place had slipped my mind, forgot about it totally, so naturally me being waffle king, i've waffled to you guys about it, cos it's confused me, i stop dead outside it's doors and then dream about it, could it be some kind of calling? if so i'd like to know before this weekend, as i'm up in tiptree again, visiting the other half Big Grin

Could be a past life thing, something jogging your memory of being involved with that church once before.

Ruling out medical causes I think that if you were stopped there would be a very good reason for it.

Go back and take another look.  Not too sure how your girlfriend might react though.

Failing that I can always speak to Anne and we could pay a visit there with you.
Raymond

I apologise in advance if my comments cause offence but you have to remember I am of simple stock, but who is this Anne I hear so much about?

Medical causes? at the time my knee was in perfect health and i wasn't impaired, unless you count me looking at the GF all the time but i'd be more then happy to pay a visit up there with you and Anne at you're convinance Dave

Anne is an old friend of mine and a particularly gifted psychic.

I work with her on many different things and she was a founder member of GHE.

Ahhh I see. Why does she not post on the forum? I would be interested in chin-wagging with her.

She runs a farm and is always extremely busy.  She is also of a generation that is not particularly computer literate.

She does post if I make a point of asking her.

Thats actually a very valid point there Raymondo it could be an echo of a past life
anne

Excuse me Dave, if Im not computor literate then neither are you. Im not walking with a zimmer frame yet. !!! Anyway, I would love to chit chat with any who wish to. Would love to go to Tiptree and see what we can come up with.  The only rumours I have heard is of a large black "dog!!" roaming around Tiptree, which apparantly is seen one minute and before your eyes disappears, mmmmmmm !!!!    Anne :

I see you do look at the forum from time to time then.

So are we going up there with waff?

Monday afternoon looks OK at the moment.  or perhaps Monday evening.

I'm very glad Anne spoke up for herself as she did, I was going to comment that you Mr. Hobbs, can find your way around a PC at your age then there's hope for pretty much anybody.

It sounds like it is on then.....   I'm totally intrigued.

And anne nice to hear your side of things
Raymond

Can somebody make sure to take lots of pictures of the site so we can all feel the energy of the place (and I don't mean pictures of Mr. Hobbs doing his 'Monster Mash' routine).
