However i have known a black creature in a home once i investigated ,more like a tumbleweed type thing ,no soul no substance .

This is where I think a little bit of intuition has to come into play.

I genuinely believe SP when he talks of shadow people. Even though I have never experienced such things myself, "something" tells me he's telling the truth, and that's fair enough.

But when 7thgen comes on here and tells us about his mothership and his friends from Venus, that same "something" screams at me "WHACK-JOB!!!"

People disbelieve me when I say I have seen fairies. That's ok. These same people can kiss my ass as well if they want.

I am not starting an argument I am trying to find out what shadow people are and nobody seems to know.

Surely it makes things a little more interesting if we have theories.

Intuition is great but what are shadow people?

Where do they come from, is their more than one type of shadow or more.

Are they really all people.

Can anyone tell me please?

Like you say, we can only give our opinions from the knowledge we have.

Here's my opinion, for what it's worth.

When the physical body dies, the soul - spirit - astral self - whatever, doesn't automatically transfer to the astral realm.
It hangs around on the earth for maybe a day or two until the electrical energy of the physical body finally dies.
This is what is sometimes called 'the second death'.
When this happens - in most cases - the soul - spirit - astral self - whatever then goes onto the astral plane most suited to it's level of development.

Sometimes however, the soul - spirit, etc., remains. This could possibly explain the existance of ghosts, poltergeists etc., it could also explain the existance of shadow people as well.

You could ask why the soul doesn't 'automatically' transfer to the astral planes, again - who knows?
I like to think that in death, as in life, we have free will and can choose, and for whatever reason some people choose to stay, maybe through a strong attachment to the physical realm, maybe through a deep love for others they are leaving behind, maybe a love for a place or house they once owned, or maybe even through fear of 'judgement' that they believe will be coming through religious indoctrination once on 'the other side'.

Again, just my opinion.
