for dave..............i mentioned ealier in the week about my 'higher self' a whirling dancer.........went to meet last night and.....................
she has completely disappeared!!!!!!
so.was this a construct of my mind?
did it disappear because i talked about it/
am i possessed?
am i barking?
does a suppoesd contact with spirit ,god etc actually exist?
am i and many others fooling ourselves?
consciousness may exist but are we ,humans,really able to access it?
if we were able to achieve enlightenment then there would surely be no need for a body would there?

We have an existence and so do our thoughts, dreams, and meditations. The only way to work with these things is to accept them as reality whilst they are happening. See where they may lead. if some part of ourselves is making itself known to us or not, it is happening. To doubt experience is to doubt your life. You can experience whatever you are given to experience. The only question is, What can I learn from this.
Only one person can truly learn and that is the experiencer. Just lay back and think of nothing.
When you witness something ugly or something wonderful it is just an experience.
