Masters ??

Since moving to the mainland and working here I have had a fair amount of clients coming to me talking about the archangels and ascended masters.... I always draw a blank with these things l don't get this kind of information... I don't know if i want it or not,

anyway my point is
*is this a world wide thing ?

or is there someone here that goes around speaking about this and the followers have latched on to it.. it never feels right to me ...

am I narrowing my mind and missing something ? or is this a spiritualist thing that I have not been taught lol it feels like religion to me ....

Ascended Masters are in a different line to that which you are on at the moment.

They are used by majical fraternities as astral contacts.

If I were you Evergreen and happy with what you do I would carry on as you are unless life throws you in the path of a new majical current and then think about Ascended Masters.

If not you will alter your way of working and it may not suit you.

If you are contacted by an ascended master then that will be the time to follow to a new level.

Angels Pooohhhh, you don't need them they are constructs and astrally formed entities from the minds and beliefs set of others and will be only too happy to turn up and tell you how wonderful you are.

You do not need them.

I agree with Hobbs.

I wouldn't confess to knowing a great deal about archangels or ascended masters but from what little I do know I can't help but get the feeling it's just one more thing in a long list of things that so-called spiritual people have latched onto.

I have a medium friend who is currently working with acsended masters and since she's been into it - in my opinion - it hasn't improved her mediumship skills one little bit, but it has swollen her head and put her very much in a "I'm a better medium than you" kind of place.

interesting the things you learn...

so what ascended masters are there?

I'd like to learn what comes to me but I also know that its best to perhaps follow what happens when I am working and develop that as best I can..

I also get the feeling that these are learned things by Ms D. Virtue ... I wonder if that is what you friend is now working with Raymond

Many would say that archangels ( and indeed, regular angels) pre-date christianity and were hijacked by the church for their own ends, being a pagan and knowing how well the early church did take over much older concepts and convert them to their own, I would probably agree with that.

A lot of people seem to get a great deal from working with archangels - christians and non-christians alike.

As far as I have seen there is absolutely no mention of Angles or Arch Angels in pre Christian times anywhere and in fact very little in the bible itself.

The one with wings anyway.

Angels evolved with the romanticising of Christianity.

The word 'angel' itself is probably a christian concept as are the words 'devil' and 'demon'.

Angels, Devils and Demons are christianised versions of much older pagan gods.
