Last nights regression

Last night Magi and I did a regression on a lady who requested it.

We do not use hypnosis and the subject is in control the whole of the session.

We had a vivid description of her "previous life" which was in Ireland.

She said that it was nothing like the life she would have imagined for herself and that everything was so real and vivid.

At one stage she was in freezing cold conditions within the experience and I touched her forehead which was indeed freezing cold in a warm room.

If these experiences are true past lives or not I have no idea, but the clarity and emotion are all to real to the experiencer.

The more I see it the more facianating it becomes.

sounds really interesting.....i would love to be regressed.....so many times i know i have been to a place before and on 2 occassions i have had a sense that i was home, that i belonged?!   ......... needs investigating!!!

There could be reasons other than a past life for your de' ja vous.

What do you think?

Can you give an example?

as a child i visited a castle in wales... i had never seen this place before but i knew the place ... it felt like i knew every stone...! all be it some things were different and i knew the changes... it was an overwhelming feeling of coming home after a long time a way...and someone had redecorated!!!

That would have been a great opportunity to meditate and see what happened.

having those feelings would have opened you to all sorts of possibilities

dave fancy doing a regression on me sometime. I would like to know if my past life is effecting my life now.

Years ago, I used to experiment on past life regression using a technique known as the Christos technique, ever heard of that?

It is I think a form of hypnosis, though not in the strictest sense.  There were some very clear recollections of former lives via this method.

yes i have bravo, i think dave used this once when were investing an old poltergeist case in london, but dave could correct me on this.

I found a bit of a guide to the Christos Method, it mentions the book I had (sadly long since lost 'Windows of the Mind: The Christos Experience').

"Christos" ASC Induction Procedure

Quote:
The subject is asked to lie flat on his back in a relaxed position with eyes closed, while a helper gently massages the feet and ankles; shoes being removed beforehand. Simultaneously the experimenter or “guide” uses the curved edge of his hand to vigorously massage the lower centre forehead in a circular or vibrant motion. In my experience this massage should be continued for a good five minutes, by which time the subject may feel confused, disorientated, or that his head is buzzing.

Even as a child I performed this technique very successfully on several people, including my own mother.  One particular friend of mine had this technique performed on him so many times that his forehead ended up scabbing up due to the massaging.

Whether a figment of the imagination, or they were really 'there' I don't know, what I do know is that it seemed very real to the person experiencing it, and they answered without hesitation to even the most challenging queries for information.

Back then, there was no internet.  It would be interesting to see if any names etc given do match up with real recorded people.

I use Christos but perhaps with my own slant.

It is an amazing technique.

I do not regard it as regression but rather a means to unlock the mind.

I still have the book and the follow up as well.

I did put it on here once before but I have no idea where.

I'm so intrigued I have never heard of this technique before.. I think I have a new book to look up.

I have never done past life regression some past life readings but they sound different ....  there have been two occasions when I have fliped into a past life scene with someone I was talking to they were intense things and nothing I was attempting to do...

David when you do this does the person see and feel everything or does the "massage person" ?  It sounds like you are saying you all experience it... how totally fasinating
david hobbs

The person being run, I prefer run to regressed, is the one having the experience which can be very vivid.  You only realise that when they come out of the procedure and begin to speak about it.

If you are psychic then you can link in and it helps because you instinctively know where to take them to next.  But you must do it without interfering with their natural flow of events or you take them away from the direction that their inner self is leading them.
