Is there an alternative to banksFrom what i have read and discussed many of the problems of the planet are said by the conspiracy theorists to be caused by a cartel of super rich bankers who control the worlds governments and of course finances.
This may of may not be the case, but if it were what would be the alternative to a banking system.
Money does control everything material in our lives and yet we have little or no control over it in whole world terms as seen by recent events in the financial markets.
So is there a workable alternative?

You can't get a job these days without a bank to put your wages in.
Like a modern day version of the closed shop, it's tantamount to robbery

You know that's an aspect that I had not even thought of.
Control through salary.
No bank no job.
No need for chips then. We are already robots.

A few years ago I didn't have an account, and the trouble it caused with the wages was a nightmare.
Ended up having to get them paid into my dads account, they simply couldn't organise to pay me by cash.

It's all about control. I don't have a driving licence or a passport because I don't want to drive and don't have any great need to go abroad, so why would I have either?
You wouldn't believe the trouble I have because of it.

I've developed an ingenious solution to this problem, i put my money into a jar and bury it in the garden, thanks go to Grandpa Gwilliams for that one!

There is no alternative to money at this present time because people are too greedy. Money brings power to the few and leaves everyone else struggling and in their power...
In the future there will be no money.
I saw it on star treck

Whilst value is measured by cost, there will be money. Whilst there is money, there will be places to store it. When mor money can be made by safekeeping other peoples money, there will be banks.
Whilst people live outside their means, there will be debt.
Those who look after other peoples money and profit from it, will be the ones to lend money to those who cannot afford what they value.
Is there an alternative? Not without a collective mind shift. We are not there yet.
