Interactions with our higher selves?I had an extraordinary dream experience a week or so ago and thought it may be of interest to some of you.
First, some necessary background. I have been trying to complete a particular project in my current job for some time (several years!) and just recently I resolved to finish it. However, I needed some input from a colleague of mine who is very difficult to get hold of. In fact, I had spent several weeks trying to get in touch with him and obtain the answers I needed to complete the project but to no avail. I was feeling pretty frustrated until the other night when he provided the answers in a dream!
In the dream, I could see my 'higher self' or consciousness, leave my body and rise up where it met my colleagues higher self. In mid-air they interacted and I was quite plainly given the answers I sought. I woke the next morning feeling very inspired and I went into work and completed the project! The answers to my questions were really very specific and precise. It made me wonder: "When seeking information from another, do we really need to interact physically, or can we obtain the answers we need by engaging one another's higher-selves"?
I wonder if really I knew the answers I sought inherently but didn't have sufficient faith in my own knowledge, so, my sub-conscious created the dream whereby I was given the answers by my colleague?
Interesting stuff anyway.....

Both possible answers you give are both feesable and possible.
You should be happy. Some people study for years to learn how to do such things.

People are strange.
If they cut their finger they accept totaly that they have injured themselves.
If they have interaction with their "higher", true self, they question the experience.
I can relate fully to this myself as I have always questioned everything that has happened in the past.
I made myself a promise a while back that acceptence/surrender is the only way forward. yes I do question on here but that is for a reason.
How many times do we have to be shown that we are much more than we believe we are or perhaps have been told we are.
The trick is not to look for answers but to know that the answers will always be given, but when given we must accept them even if they are seemingly impossible.
I often find that when I talk to people who"don't get much at all" that they get all that they need but just don't recognise it when it is staring them in the face.
It really does not matter if the answers cam from your subconcioue or from contact between the higher selves, only that it is possible. The truth will become clearer as your life goes on.
Keep dreaming.

Now....If you were to heal yourself in the past, say if you were to work on why you couldn't get the answer to something, how would you do it.
If you were to experience that healing, or that interaction NOW, from you in the future, what would that seem like? How would you experience that?

I can relate Gedacht For me it started a a young child I would sleep and wake up with answers to my homework and with problems solved... as a teen I took it a step further I would read my home work and then sleep and then wake up at 3am and to the work ...
I have children who are constantly telling me their similar dream experiences..
I thought it wastotally normal I never had a thought that people may not be doing this kind of dream work... hmm that is the part I find intriguing

I've been having some very strange dreams lately. Strange in the sense that I wake up and can actually remember them for more than 10 minutes.
Recently I've been having the feeling that my dreams are urging me to 'do something'.
I don't know what, I just know they're trying to tell me to get off my bum and do something.

So do something....anything...and then see if you are heading in the right direction. Movement is the key, you can change direction much more easily when you are moving.

Good advice Meiah but my dreams are all over the place at the moment.
Just when I start to do whatever it is I think I should be doing it suddenly feels all wrong and I abandon it.

Good. Just lurch around a bit until something feels right.....like wild flowers in the garden.....

Ahhh,... now that does feel right. A truly wonderous thing to look at and enjoy that costs next to nothing and absolutely no work involved at all.
What's not to love?

I keep dreaming about mountains...night after night. Beautiful mountains all over the World and mountains that change location. Last night I dreamt the Himalayas were in England and I went to look at Mt Everest which was somewhere in Wiltshire!
I feel my dreams are becoming more and more intense, emotional, and I don't feel rested in the morning. Perhaps I need to be more emotional during my 'waking' time.

What exactly do you mean by 'more emotional'?
You're not going to start crying at soap operas and stuff are you?

I thin you have great things in your life Gedacht but some how you feel out of place... its as though every mountain you climb is never enough always looking forward always looking for more...
also I hear you are just a little way off some kind of a break through in your research... there are loads of offers for you people always wanting something from you but not necessarily wanting you but what you can do

Nope. You're pretty much perfect. I don't know what mountains signify, but for me, Wiltshire is a coming home.
Perhaps its a linking of power places, and a connecting with those?
