Hi all
My name is john i am from leicester i used to be with the leicestershire paranormal society but due to differences in the group a friend and i are starting our own group.
My friend is a member of assap,i was going to jack in investigating due to the bad experiences i had when i was with the other group.
Anyway he talked me out of it and said i was too good to pack it in i am glad i did not as we have our first investigation at snibston discovery park which used to be a coal mine it is now a museum.
When we went over to meet and discuss the investigation we were met by a man named nigel who showed us around,we were amazed how big it was.Any way we went in to the building where the miners used to charge their lamps for the next shift.
My friend john had a digital voice recorder round his neck to make notes, after about 5minutes in the building john said he felt something touch his head we looked up to see if we could see any cobwebs.
At the time we were all talking when suddenly i heard a loud whistle and so did the tour guide nigel, but john did not hear a thing and he was standing right next to me .
John rewound his voice recorder and on playing it back he found the whistle, the look on his face was shock because the whistle was that loud that it drowned out our voices. Being a member of assap he tried to come up with a logical answer but could not.
We checked around the room for anyone else but there was no one and john said for the whistle to be as loud as it was it had to right next to us.
The amazing thing for me was that i heard it so i can not wait to investigate it.i am glad that he talked me out of packing it in and what made me change my mind is that he is very serious about the paranormal and the fact that all investigations we do the monies go to charity and we dont charge,we let the venue handle the selling of the tickets and the money
If we get anthing exciting i will let everyone know john

Hello, and welcome
Let us know John, whether or not you get anything, if he wants to know is that is. (Not John - Tarotman, is it?)

Hello, welcome here

Goes to show that begin open to experiences can help you hear and see what is going on around you- not what is going on inside your head as some may argue LOL
great to have you on board I look forward to more stories like that one :)

Another ASSAP member eh.
I hope that you feel that you would like to contribute to the forum.
When you read the rubbish I put on you will realise how good your worst stories are.
