I don't know whats better, the footage, or the sound of the kid filling his pants
I'd like to have seen what happened immediately after it stopped, kids are notoriously mischievous and prone to hoaxing but they are also terrible actors. The 'oh my god' seemed genuinely frightened though.

I can't get the film to play, is it on YouTube?
LOL! 'Ghostbanisters' - I love the headlines the Sun comes up with.

I found it on YouTube for anybody who had the same problems as me:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A6Kcxg9jIck
I don't know, I feel a bit uneasy with this one. Judging by the angle of the camera phone I think the person shooting the film is probably the size of an adult, a lot taller than the voice in the clip anyway.
My friend's son talks like that and he's 7, the person shooting that film was a lot taller than your average 7 year old.
That makes me suspicious, and if I get suspicious about one thing I get suspicious about the whole thing.
Good film though.

I realised what the problem was, I didn't have adobe flash player, so I installed it and watched the clip on the Sun page.
What's your point Bravo? It's exactly the same as the clip on YouTube.

My point is that your link went to a generic page rather than a single video. It just led me to a page full of differing videos, none of which were the video in question
At least that's where it took me anyway, was just a heads up for you

I see what you mean, the Sun has had it removed from YouTube.

How dare you suggest that something in the Sun might be less than Kosher.
I sentence you to two years of the Independent.

The Sun less than kosher ?
That's like saying the Daily Mail is not a conservative paper !

Thank you I have been driving myself nuts trying to remember.
I can't imagine kids reading them these days.
Not enough violence.

I remember some nutter a few years back tried to ban Tom and Jerry because of the violence!!!,which brings me to another question;
If all the violence in kids/teenagers/adults is because of watching it on t.v. and films.. why were 16th / 17th /18th century people violent? and imo more so than today.
|
Hunter
|
Because of the fact that kids were often left to themelves, and there were public executions

So... Doesn't that prove that we as a race are violent by nature,
man is the only species to kill for pleasure.
In our local zoo[the one famous on tv,Tiger Island] there is a door with the notice;'' Behind this door is the most dangerous animal on the Earth.''
On opening the door, you are confronted by a mirror. The times I have seen people stand and gawp, saying ''I don't get that!''

In those days violence, murder, and death were all accepteded as part of life. People were routinely tortured and executed in horrific ways by the state, and it was just the accepted norm. The rule of thumb meant you weren't allowed to hit your wife with a stick wider than your thumb. Violence was not only accepted, but regarded as right.
Nowadays, violence is "underground". It's not sanctioned, it is actively discouraged, which attracts the rebellious side of youth.

Don't be a silly Lilly.
Most animals kill for pleaseure. Ask anybody who keeps chickens how the foxes kill them for fun.
Doesn't your cat kill things for pleasure? I know mine certainly does.
Of course it's in our nature to kill. Why do people think we are above the animals just because we can talk?
That's why all these anti-war do-gooders get on my nerves. We are a war like race. And as long as there are human beings on planet Earth there will always be war.
