Free energyIf energy were free would we be happy or just want more and cheaper products.

I don't think it would make much difference to me. It is just something I am used to paying for in order to have the convenience of not having to do things the hard way.
I may have more money in my pocket, but then I'll spend it on something else like I always do

I think many would be happy not to have the bill... and maybe money could be put toward other tings like health care.. or whatever

If energy were free it would not just affect your domestic bills.
I magine all factories and offices working on free energy. Energy from the universe.
Imagine how that wouls make everything so much cheaper to produce.
Running a car without fuel
Public transport without energy costs.
Nations who have nothing, how would it affect them?

And how powerless the current systems would be. How people would not have anyone else to blame. How the world would change......

its interesting the only trouble I see with the power system now is the environmental damage not blame or anything else.. I think the world would be far better of if the new system was as you say David.. what t great ideal
maybe we could then really begin to make changes in the environment
