Hello Evergreen.
It means that some people will not accept the evidence in front of their own eyes because they have such strong beliefs of their own that they will not even look at the evidence.

Hello David,
What I meant is for me in my world that makes no sense-
how can you make your mind up when you have no evidence?
I know people do it, however it is SO limiting. What is the point of it? BUT to live in limiting fear. Fear of reaching further, learning more, experiencing greater, living a fuller life and endlessly growing.. sounds like bliss to me.. infact it sounds like living a life with real purpose

wow well that's a big question - my life honestly unfolds day by day for me David I don't' really have any definite idea what my life purpose is but I figure I am heading in the right direction as long as I am growing, changing and developing I know I want to be happy and if I don't' feel happy I tend to move out of that situation very quickly
I have this rather strong desire to just keep unfolding.. I like lots of change in my life so perhaps my idea about others not having purpose is because I meet many who have never left their home town.. Like I have a man coming to mow my lawn and he has no idea where Beaconsfield is and he had lived in Tassie for 40 odd years ... I'm about 20 minutes away from him and really the nearest town as the crow flies.... yet he seems like a very happy content man so maybe his purpose can be fulfilled and he can be happy in a small space/world
maybe mine is to take the world head on with a great big smile??? and have lots of experiences ..I may never know but I do hope one day to say I have had a great life I already feel I have and there are many years to come

Well Evergreen you just wrote the purpose of my life in your last post.
I also like to bring like minded people together as it is part of what I am trying to do in the quickening.
This is the easy way but soon i may have to start publis meets as I feel that I a being lazy.
