DNARemember Damian Green
He is the MP who was arrested and never charged with leaking information to the press.
He has been fighting to have his DNA record removed from the police data base and has just emerged victorious.
He now says that all of the 4.5 million records of innocent people should be deleted from the police data base as it is and infringement of democratic freedom.
I think that he is right and I for one would remove all data on innocent people from all data bases.

its interesting..... it goes hand in hand with the innocent until proven guilty idea surely I think it you are not guilty then you should not be on record .. but then I'm not worried about my DNA being on record..... wouldn't things like that even be on record with doctors records and hospital records and the like .. not just the police...

Once again we find ourselves back at the old saying, 'If you do nothing wrong you've nothing to worry about'.

Try telling that to the guy who was shot on the London Underground Oh and by the way innocent until proved guilty is bollocks.
Under new legislation I believe that a suspected person can be held simply for being suspected.
And have you ever heard the expression being fitted up.
It applies to bent coppers and is fact.
Nothing to worry about.
Bollox.

That bloke who got shot was a mug.
They say he didn't understand the copper who told him to stop. There's two things wrong with that.
Firstly, he was a resident in the UK - so his english should have been good enough to understand "STOP!"
Secondly, I couldn't care less what language a person speaks, when somebody dressed as a copper yells at you while pointing a gun you stop and you stop bloody fast and do whatever they tell you to do until they tell you to stop doing it.
