confusioni've been reading a few witchcraft books over the past few months as its something i would definately like to know more about and maybe even make it my religion. I've read witcha, Nocturnal witchcraft, Wiccan mysteries and Silver cauldron. I must admit after reading these books i have been left a little confused. They seemed to concentrate a lot on the theories but little on the actual practice and im really left a bit stumped on knowing how and where to begin. Any advice would be helpful.

I recognise three of the books you mentioned Scott and I have to say they are a bit advanced for a newbie.
It's no wonder you were left a bit confused after reading that little lot, especially 'Wiccan Mysteries', after readng that even I was left a little puzzled.

Actually EG that's fair enough. There was a point around the late 90's that every new book released about the craft was basically saying the same thing.
By the early-00's a lot of people had been living the craft for a while and wanted books that spoke a little more in depth on the subjevt than 'how to'.
It's a shame of course that today's newbies, like Scott, are finding the advanced books before the basic level ones.
I wonder how many other newbies have found these books and have been put off by them.

EXCELLENT!!! Fantastic! You won't go far wrong with that book. Anyone with an interest in the craft should read that book before any other.
