Coalhouse Fort 15/3/08

The following is a report by Cal (Naughty Fairy)
One of our mediums on the night. I find it very interesting that most of what she has written matches other accounts from different mediums that i have worked with at the fort.

Coalhouse Fort 15th March 2008

On entering the grounds to the fort, Maggs and I drove through what we sensed as a skirmish or battle going on and by the dress the style appeared to be of 1600’s civil war era, cavalier and roundheads.

Musket fire and the smell of smoke and gunpowder, a horse running with no rider, shouting and men laying wounded on the ground.

The Naafi

When seated in this room, an energy of a male air force officer blue uniform and wings above breast pocket, entered through the door and told me his name was Richard Fischer, he was killed in W.W.2 when his plane crashed a few miles away in what he thought was the South West area but the navigation compass had been shot and damaged by enemy fire so he was not sure, but I was given the last few moments of his life as the plane crashed. He was the only one remaining as the other members, he tells me six bailed out as he tried to manoeuvre the plane from crashing into the fort. He is a lost soul who could be healed and moved on.

I began to hear music and Vera Lynn singing “we’ll meet again” on an old fashioned radio and male voices could be heard in conversation throughout our tea breaks during the night.

Theatre Room

During the vigil in this room with Kieron and Simon, there was a small child with blonde hair standing between two of the eventee’s opposite where Kieron was sitting but vanished when I tried to communicate.

Around Simon the energy began to build and I sensed the energy of a small dirty, man. He belonged to a gang of robbers that would lure people and also lay in wait to ambush merchants collecting goods from ships docked nearby into underground passages of a previous structure on the site of the fort, where people would be murdered and their possessions plundered, he was giving me the image of holding a knife to Simon’s throat, as he would have done to others in the past before cutting their throats and disposing of the bodies in the river.

Next room along from the Theatre room

I sensed ammunition piled up in boxes and an anti aircraft gun that would have run on a circular or semi circular track. The room was filled with vibrations of overhead aircraft and gun fire, with much noise and shouting.

Initial walk in the underground corridors

During the initial walk around, I passed one room where I could sense a woman in a uniform she told me that she was a waf ? and she was working with a type of machine that made similar noise to morse code, she told me she was a stenographer ( hidden messages in a shorthand code) during W.W.2

As I walked along the corridor, I began to see the area as it would have been in W.W.2, with personnel in rooms and the corridor with fire fighting equipment on walls and emergency lighting on the ceiling. There were air force officers running in the corridor with a sense of urgency, some in full uniform others in trousers and shirt sleeves rolled up to the elbow.

The area was alive with the sound vibrations from the war going on overhead.

The Latrines

Three distinct, different time period energies within this area.

A small man wondering around the group, quite menacing wanting us out of the area, era 1500’s but my attention was drawn to a young man in army shirt and trousers being physically assaulted, he was being beaten and thrown against the opposite wall, causing a head injury. I was not sure at this stage how many others their were but sensed that the older sergeant was the instigator. He was a stockily built man with large hands, age around mid 40’s, thinning dark hair. There was a brutal sexual attack on the young soldier but he didn’t die from his injuries.

The Latrines cont

An energy known as an elemental resides within this area and it is the one I connected to during trance.

It is a collection of energy that has gathered over time and grown, feeding on negative thoughts and fears of people that enter this area.

It can appear in different form to different people, depending on their individual fears. It is facet reflected.

Outside room 4

At the bottom of the steps by the left hand side wall, are the energies of a male air force officer and a female non commissioned officer or civilian that worked at the fort during W.W 2.

He is in his late thirties or early forties, has blue eyes and thinning blonde hair. She is younger early to mid twenties, has very dark hair and red lipstick. They stand in passionate embrace.

There is much sexual attraction between them, he is married and wears the watch his wife brought him, he has two children a boy and a girl and lives in the area called the home counties, he is middle class. The woman comes from East London and working class, they would have spent time together in an area called the Essex downs?

He lived through the war and beyond but she was later killed in a bomb explosion when on leave.

These two people were drawn together in turbulent times , never knowing if they would live to see another day, as threat of being bombed was imminent.

( interesting to see if you stand a man and a woman in their energy what they sense lol

Outside Room 24

When in the corridor outside this room with Matt, I sensed a male energy behind him wearing combat uniform covered in blood with half of his face as if blown away, lots of pulpy flesh and gore!

The room Most Haunted Used for the séance

When we stood in a circle in this room, with myself and Matt standing with our backs to the corridor, I could sense a man going around the group. The same energy as in the theatre room. The man who was part of a gang of robbers.

This energy in the room that was going around the group feeling people, especially the women.

I sensed a man dragging a body wrapped in a tarpaulin in the corridor behind us walking towards us. Matt had most connections to this energy, so any more with this energy you will need to ask Matt.

Interesting

Did the fort ever see action?
Kas

There's been forts on the site as far back as Henry VIII, and believed that structures were there before that. Because of the stagtegic location on the river. Coalhouse only ever fired it's guns in anger during WWII. Shooting down enermy planes. The Germans would head for the mouth of the Thames and then follow the river to lead them into London. Obviously you know that i'm sure.
Also during WWII woman were stationed at the fort with the navy. (Wrens?) The fort was breifly renamed HMS St Clement. Not many people know that.
Children are often picked up in the Theatre room and the scene from the Latrines is also a common occurance picked up on, the description of the man involved is also accurate.
Coalhouse also has a large RAF connection due to the museum and the amount of WWII plane wreckage that's stored there.
So quite an interesting report.

So the reported ghosts are all feasible then.
Kas

Well, i would never assume them to be ghosts David
But yes, some of the information from Cal could well fit in with the history of the fort.

But no absolute proof them.

If so

No good mate
Kas

Well Cal did get the name Richard Fischer that i am currently checking out. There's only two people that i know of that have access to personel connected to the fort.
david hobbs

It will be interesting to see if they are correct.
Kas

It wouldn't be absolute proof though, just a very lucky coincidence.
Absolute proof would be the holy grail and something i don't think exists really. Not absolute proof.
I guess thats another thread and one that we have discussed many times already with no real conclusions.

hi just reading about you time at coal house fort, and one thing popped out in the notes, was about a pilot you saw who crashed,i have seen a man not in vision but in mind down by the wall of the world ends pub,he was smoking a roll up i think ,with dark messy hair, and overalls on and the hand he was smoking with had a ring on it, but not a wedding ring.
hes eyes were very blue in colour, and i think it was dirt or stubble, with what looked like a very deep dimple in hes chin.
he was i would say about 5/6 in height i didnt get hes name or anything like that,as im not that good just see things now and then but i tend to see more detail in things if that makes sense.
would love to know if you picked him up or saw anyone there with that description.
he had a feeling of calm around him,but at the same time a feeling of emptyness or loss if that makes sense he never spoke or looked at me just leaned agaisnt the wall smoking and looking over hes right shoulder along the wall as if he was waiting for someone to come ,just thought i would mention it and if he was picked up ....
david hobbs

I hope you get some input Stuart.

I must admit that I never read most of the above report from Coalhouse in case I ever visit the place myself.

I would be thinking all of the time that anything I picked up I may have read on the forum.

Don't underestimate your abilities Stuart because there are plenty of people who would be happy to see half of what you see.

Why don't you have a look at our readings page and see what you can pick up.
stuart1976

just wondering if the medium was on here than picked up all the things a coal House fort, and whether the man i described was picked up or if the person who was the medium could help me with my things i don't understand and help me develop it better or am i just mad and see dead people lol.
all help in this matter would be grateful, its not the sort of thing i can just throw up in conversation as I'm a Lorry driver and work with beer bellied truckers who would rib me for ever more if i mentioned things like this.I'm in catch 22 and just want to develop if poss what i have if i have anything,,
stuart1976

hi hope you dont mind me sticking my nose in,but could it be poss that the pilot who crashed but wasnt sure where, could hes last name be spelt wrong as i have searched and unable to find any info on sites, but did find alot of american pilots but none over here.
i am still looking for the name under every search available but as yet have not come up with any thing, there was alot of crashes around the site, but most in the thames, just wondering if anyone had more luck than me.
a plane would be a great help and the name that they called the plane would help as i could find out where the plane was based and who flew it and what happend to it.
just a long shot if poss the next time you do a ghost watch if maybe you could make contact with the pilot .would love to come to the next hunt at the fort if poss..all the best for now....stuart1976
