time and time again children and in particular babies, are given back to get more and worse abuse.. and all too often death...

If you ask me the whole concept of sins of the father burdons of the child is a bit rubbish, not your fault if your dad's a murderer.

As for the matter at hand, there have been several cases publicly televised over here in the UK, it's rather depressing, if i could have children, i certainly would never beat them, smack round the chops when the son is 15 and being a complete idiot, but other then that, wouldn't raise a hand

this is beyond abuse this is torture..

what gets me is the child was returned time and time again.. only to suffer more and more, then eventually be killed- why?

they don't deserve kids we can all agree on that .. why arent' they just taken away though

If it was a govermental audit, i'd bet it's cos it would cost to much to take the child away and put him/her in care
