nutters!
K.J

What makes you think its not true?
david hobbs

KJ I think that Billy was calling the military and the scientists nutters.

If they carried these tests out on the British public I shudder to think what they have done in other corners of the world.

We know that the American government has carried out tests on it's own people so it would seem that the military can do what the hell they like without consulting Parliament first.

So who runs the country?
evergreen

power.. and along with it anyone who wants power...

sad thing is I do think many join politics with good nature and good ideas at heart but that gets beaten out of them if they ever want to stick it out..
sheelanagig

So presumably these parent and children affected by the chemicals could sue?

Would that bankrupt the powers concerned?
david hobbs

I think that it would take an enormous amount of money to sue and then only to be told that this is covered by some official secrets act or the other.
Waffle King

Can't fight the MOD, they always win
Scott

are you all into conspiracies on here then?
billy nomates

how can the truth be a conspiracy?

the nutters are the ones in power!!!!!!!!

so how does that work?

wont any of them be poisoned?
david hobbs

Very valid point Billy.
Raymond

Scott mate, do yourself a favour, just keep away from this entire section.
david hobbs

Now that is the last thing you say to someone with an inqusitive mind.

not me love.. I choose not to live in fear of everything ;)
Scott

good answer evergreen. That's all conspiracy theories are. people love to spread fear and live in fear. i dont understand it myself
david hobbs

Good points.

To me conspiracies are great because they let me examine things from a different perspective.

Some people do jump at their own shadow but having said that the world has always and will always have those who conspire for total power.

It is not rocket science but historical and contempory fact.

Trick is to be interested but not to get emotionally involved.
Raymond

Actually, I can go along with that Mr. Hobbs.

WHAT ??????

You cant say that

It kills the forum matey.

Lie or something.

Jeez.
Raymond

Up yer bum!
david hobbs

That's more like it.

Look at any club or business organisation or group of people anywhere and there will always be conspiracy.

The mistake a lot of people make is to equate conspiracy with reptile's etc.

Forget the smoke screen and just take a look around you.
Raymond

See again, I have to agree.

I have personally uncovered many situations in my own place of employment which can only be described as 'conspiracies'.

Nothing illegal or underhand, just a group of people doing what needed to be done for the benefit of the whole (In their opinion).

The problem I have with the general use of the word 'conspiracy' are people like Billy who turn it all into something sinister. They make it a game of 'us' and 'them' with 'them' holding all the cards and 'us' being the helpless victims.
Sometimes bad things have to happen. That's life.

Then of course there's people like 7thgen who, in my opinion, shouldn't be left unattended with sharp objects never mind the internet.
