A strange nightLast night i a had mix of dream and waking events.
In my dream I felt that I was trying to hide and escape from something and at one point a man in a trench coat and hat told me that when they sucked my brains out it would be kinda messy.
Something at this stage woke me up and the bedroom was buzzing. In the room I briefly saw a red light and a white light which disappeared quite quickly. I got up and could find no exterior source for these lights it was about four in the morning.
I could also see what looked like white spirals whizzing around the room.
I shrugged and went back to sleep. I was nodding of when I felt a hard push in my back and was a bit pissed off because I wanted to get to sleep which I eventually managed.
I woke at around eight and was thinking about these events when my alarm clock which has not been used or wound since last Saturday suddenly began ticking.
A funny night indeed.

David you just described Griffins drams though the man screams at him to wake up . but the light and everything else are exactly the same. What do you think it was/is

Something telling us to wake up and pay attention.
In life it is easy to miss the signs and to be given a warning that we need to pay attention to what is happening around us is a great wake up call.
Things to do.
I already have an inkling as to what I need to pay attention to.

As an after thought I think that we live in an interactive universe in fact we are the universe.
We are talking to ourselves and we better dammed listen.
I don't often remember dreams but as I said this was part dream and part waking and seeing with the physical eyes.
The trick now is to note everything that is happening right now and a pattern will emerge.
Take a look and I bet you that you will see the pattern.
Thing is you have to then act upon the input or it is all just a waste of time.

ok I've got my L's on with learning about how to look after me..... thanks for the kick in the pants I've got a plan of action now ty David...
as for your dream David ... its interested that Griffin and you have had similar dreams and then last night it was my turn.... most likely cause I didn't' act on the first one enough or appropriately they are giving messages to me now ...

Funnily enough I had an odd dream the other night, I dreamt I was getting married to my best mate (who's straight, by the way) in it, he and I had the most beautiful wedding and I can even remember dancing with him at the reception afterwards.
I told him about it the next day and he suggested it was one of my spirit guides disguising itself as him because he's somebody I would trust with my life. He suggested that my guide was telling me it was ready to start working with me again after my little break of spirit working.
Now the odd thing is, for the past two weeks I've been meditating every day at the same time with the intention of working again with the spirits but my friend didn't know this, I hadn't told him - I haven't told anyone.

there is a little bit of psychic in everyone and I'd say your friend is more than a little intuitive :) .. and I am forever reminding people to listen to the things people say to them because it is all meant to be a guidance... you really are a strong medium Raymond as you know & I am thinking this is a good thing for you...
I think there is going to be a new fellow on the scene too

you know Raymond when I tune into you I always get an image of the love in the air song from some movie... LOL
anyways I see someone who challenges you and can frustrates you, don't let you away with much OH Boy you need that so you have some respect for him.. :) .. .he feels younger than you and full of life I really like him he has some get up and go and some spunk and he is confident in himself .... I'm told he's not overly camp- whatever that means 
I see him at home in the city but feel a great love of nature and the out doors... I think he is a bit of a spunk (good looking) and you may be surprised he likes you ... he is smart and quick witted .. and confronting I love his sense of humour and you will too .... hahaha the thing they way is you'll be kicking yourself all the way through the fact that you like him hahaha like Oh god buggar I like this chap don't' I hahahaha
well its all good Raymond... as well as your health its all on the up and up
