'Evil Spirits' Possess KidsAn outbreak of hysteria has broken out in a school in the Philippines.
The head teacher of The Pedro Panaligan Memorial High School is convinced the disruptions are the work of evil spirits.
School Principal Henry Tungol said that more than two dozen pupils have been possesed 'by evil spirits'.
Classes have been disrupted since August. The victims, mostly girls, claim the psychic attacks are due to evil spirits angered by the cutting down of a tree in the school's playground.
One girl was reported to be staring blankly in front of her before suffering violents seizures and foaming at the mouth.
A mass was performed in the playground by a Catholic priest and local 'healers' were called in who sacrificed two black pigs in hopes this would appease the angry spirits.
Unfortunately neither ritual seemed to have any effect other than the postponement of important exams that were looming just prior to the possessions.
The desperate headmaster is calling for help from just about anyone.
"We're open to whatever will be effective in healing our students" Tungol said, "We want our school to return to normal as soon as possible".

Or it could be that evil spirits have decided to go back to school.
