I haven't watched the clip and I don't intend to.

What's it about? The world is being run by aliens? We're all being controlled through our mobile phones? Michael Jackson really died 20 years ago and a look-a-like has been standing in ever since?

Ah, where would all the lunatic conspiracy theorists be without YouTube?
