Did anyone watch the Time Team special on Stonehenge.

It was an hour and a half long program and absolutely fascinating, pushing our scant knowledge of this world famous site a lot further forward.

They took six years to excavated in various places and this was the most extensive dig ever.

It's not the most exciting of places but it is worth a visit though.

Old Sarum is worth a visit if only for the views.

It is a broody kind of place.

There may be a website with some of the story on it.

Have a look, it will be well worth it.
