We might have done something like this before but this is a slightly different take.
Post here videos or music of songs, performers or performances that have really made an impact on you or your life.
I don't just mean songs that you might have liked briefly, I mean songs that have really had a meaning for you.
I'll kick this off with a truly legendary performance by a truly legendary performer. This is my favourite song of all time by my favourite performer of all time. This song (and this particular performance of it) gets me everytime. Enjoy:
Thank you so much. You have brought back a memory of my Dad and i sat in the living room watching this on Tv. I remember my dad having a tear in his eye at the end of the performance.
These are two of my favourites, The one i feel relays my feelings towards my Dad now. And the other reminds me that life is what you make it. You can make it good or bad for yourself.
Here's another little Lady that I simply adore. She was a favourite of my Nan's and we had her belting out at her funeral last year.
