Portals are the extra bits at the side of your forum, either on the left or right.
An example is here
In this instance the portals are on the left. There are several different types of portal available, a list of which is here
Let me know if you want them, which ones you want, and what side you want them on. _________________

So does that mean that Kas can have a seperate Tilbury Fort and Meiah can have a womens power babe section of their own.
If so it sounds great.
How is the content put on _________________Please visit our main site

Well its mainly for little menus to do with this forum, more common examples are:
A little welcome, that displays your own avatar (or not)
A links menu
A list of the top posters
Latest articles
Popular topics
Sticky topics
Announcements
That sort of stuff.
Also, do you know you could have this very forum as a part of the .co.uk site? They can do it so the forum looks like its a part of the main site (now I can't do that nor do I know how to, but with a bit of reading up on the support forum you could do it if you wanted). _________________

The website is Ian's baby, and I cannot access it. he has not been in touch for a while.
I think it is rubbish but there you go.
I will contact him and suggest he gives it over to me or someone who will use it to it's best advantage.

Ok, done a bit of a trial one....anything you want adding/taking away, let me know.
The 'Important Posts' part is made up of (max ten) of the posts you have set as 'sticky'. To alter what is on here, just remove unwanted posts as sticky (just edit the first post of any thread to do that), and set wanted posts as sticky.
Let me know your thoughts on it. _________________

Will take a bit of getting used to, but looks good. Well done Bravo.
Maybe instead of important posts, could we have the most popular?
Just an idea. What do you think?

OK, putting most popular on...
By the way, is there a website you'd like people to know about with regard to CoalHouse Fort? I can put it on the links menu.
Or any other links you guys like to see on there? _________________

After recent events we might want to add this link too.
