By nature I am a loner. I can be sociable when I need to be but I do prefer my own company. It's other people who, for some reason, insist on hanging around me.

I don't think I would use the words 'care and loving' as other people do tend to annoy me due to my lack of tolerance but I do have a deep compassion for those in need. All too often, however, that compassion has been mistaken for a weakness, so the barriers go up and then I am seen as rather cold.

Now if this were my reading I would probably see that as a good thing. Was the Tower on top of the Hanged Man or was the Hanged Man on top of the Tower?

There seems to always be a steady flow of 'one or two' at a time that at the start seem to want to learn from me but I don't know what goes wrong but after a year or two of hanging around me they just seem to have enough and wander off.

I've been told similar many times before actually. I don't know what else I can do on this one. Maybe I've donw enough - maybe not enough. My life seems to be one long 'stale-mate' at the moment.
I used to be so busy. Dashing about doing stuff I enjoyed doing, and this past year just seems to be so much of nothing.
I hope it changes soon.

I hear you EG and I happen to agree. I think I ready to live in the country or at least I'm ready to leave behind the big city.
But we have to take into consideration the practicalities of it all, and at the moment for me to live in the country would be a bit of a disaster.
I understand that Raymond... I know I have read for you before and I don't' think most of that has played out yet cause I think I began at your operation ... and I still think a magic shop is on the cards for you...
