That was the sensible thing to do, Raymond! The world has enough unwanted babies who live without their parents or with their parents who hate them because they cannot take proper care of them because they have not the right means. And they would both pay - parent and child- for one moment's mistake. And then the butterfly effect will produce more and more unhappy children unfit to care for their future children because they could not learn the skills from their own parents who also lacked them... Sad. Noone should bring babies in this world without being sure they can offer the time, love, care and also the material means they need. it is difficult and takes a lot of responsability.
You did the best thing you could: offered help and support and made sure one mistake does not lead to another. Hopefully Victoria learnt her lesson and learnt to be more responsible about future pregnancies.
